minds-eye.jpg Olga Ziemska, 2015 It is the first italian installation of the Cleveland, Ohio landartist. In 2015 she created a kind of mosaic where each wood – birch branches, Swiss stone pine and hazel trees – represents a human cell. The empty space, the mind, focuses on the Latemar nature. The structure is static as much as the nature keeps moving. “A human being often places himself as a static observer of the beauty that surrounds him”, the artist explained, “without realizing that he himself is nature, nature in movement."
